How to Print Envelopes With a Laser Printer

1. Use your favorite word processing program to align your document for an envelope. The method will differ by program. For example, in Microsoft Word, go to 'Tools,' 'Letters' and then 'Mailings.' Select 'Envelopes and Labels.'
2. Turn on your printer and adjust the stacker so it's as narrow as the envelopes. This keeps them upright and aligned for the laser printer.
3. Print 1 test envelope to make sure everything is in the right place and the addresses are printed on the front of the envelope.
4. Place the rest of your envelopes in the tray, and print your whole mailing with ease.
