1. Turn the power off to your IP4200. Press and hold the 'Resume/Cancel' button. Press and hold the 'Power' button.
2. Release the 'Resume/Cancel' button. Press and release the 'Resume/Cancel' button twice. Release the 'Power' button after the second time.
3. Press and release the 'Resume/Cancel' button three times in quick succession. Press and release the 'Power' button to force the system reset.
