How to Make Brother MFC Printers Print With Just Black Ink

1. Click 'Start,' then type 'devices and printers' into the search bar. Click the 'Devices and Printers' entry that appears.
2. Right-click the 'Brother MFC' entry, and click 'Properties.'
3. Click the 'Printing Preferences,' then click the tab entitled 'Advanced.'
4. Point the mouse cursor to the top of the 'Printing Preferences' dialog box, and click the radio button to the left of the 'Grayscale' option.
5. Click 'Apply,' then click 'OK.'
6. Press the 'Stop' button on your Brother MFC printer to clear any pending jobs.
