1. Switch off the power to the printer. The power switch is located on the left side beneath the paper exit tray. Wait approximately five seconds and then flip the power switch back on.
2. Press and hold the 'Menu 1/Menu2' button on the control panel and press the 'Shut Down/Restart' button to restart the printer.
3. Press the 'Menu1/Menu2' button three times in succession until 'DRUM CNT RESET' appears on the control panel.
4. Press the 'Enter' button to reset the image drum counter on the C9600 printer.
