Paper Jams

3. Pull gently to remove any jammed paper. Close the access door firmly.
Print Job Stuck in Queue
1. Find the 'Printers' or 'Printers and Faxes' folder on the computer. Make sure the printer icon has a check next to it, and that the HP Deskjet D4360 is set as the default or current printer.
2. If there are multiple icons of the same printer, delete the extra icons.
3. Open the 'Administrative Tools' folder on the computer. Double-click 'Print Spooler.' Click 'Stop,' then click 'Start' to reset the print process.
Printer Cartridge Problems
1. Open the printer cover. Wait until the print cartridge carriage moves to the right side of the printer.
2. Press down on the tri-color cartridge and lift out of the carriage.
3. Close the printer cover. If the error is resolved, the problem is with the tri-color cartridge. If the error persists, replace the tri-color cartridge, then repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the black cartridge.
4. Check the electrical contacts on the cartridge and carriage and remove any obvious debris. Clean the contacts using a cotton swab and distilled water.
5. If the problem persists, replace the problem cartridge.
