1. Go to Mustek.com, and click on 'Support.' Use the drop-down menus to select 'Scanner,' then 'USB Port.' Choose your ScanExpress A3 model from the list, and the latest drivers are displayed.
2. Unplug the scanner from your computer, and disable any firewall or antivirus protection.
3. Click the 'Download' link for either a Windows or Mac computer. Click 'Save' and save the download file to the desktop. Double click on 'Setup.exe' to begin the installation process. Click through the following screens until you are notified that the process is complete.
4. Reboot the computer when asked to do so. Reconnect the scanner to the computer.
