1. Locate the control panel on the top front of the printer. Press the 'Menu' button which is the large oval button on the left side of the digital display.
2. Press the down arrow on the right side of the digital display and watch the display until the words 'Configure Device' are highlighted. Press the oval 'Select' button, labeled with a check mark, which is located in the center of the arrow buttons.
3. Press the down arrow again until the words 'System Setup' are highlighted and then press the 'Select' button.
4. Press the down button until you highlight the words 'Tray Behavior' and press the 'Select' button. The words 'Use Requested Tray' are automatically highlighted on the next screen, so simply press the 'Select' button again.
5. Press the up or down arrow until the desired paper tray number is selected and press 'Select.'
6. Press the 'Menu' button to return the control panel to the normal display.
