1. Choose only photos that you definitely will never want to have back. Photos are often attached to memory, and while you might not think you want them now, you may be disappointed if you don't have them later. Before disposing of any of your prints, ask friends or family members if they would like to keep them instead.
2. Contact a photography studio. Professional photographers may be able to use them for their own projects or direct you to somewhere that will incinerate your old prints. Schools and other art studios also may be able to find new uses for them.
3. Use the prints in an art project. If you want to keep parts of a particular photo, cut them out to make collages, scrapbooks or even decoupage art projects.
4. Run them through a paper shredder and use the remains for packing fill, confetti or even in gift baskets.
5. Donate your photos to a hobby or scrapbooking shop. These stores often teach scrapbooking classes to community members, and they might be able to use your photos for classroom demonstrations.
