How to Print on Postcard Stock

1. Place postcard stock in printer. Depending on your printer, you will align the cardstock either to the left or right of the paper feed. Most printers come with an adjustable arm in the paper feeder that will help you determine into which side you will feed it. The adjustable arm will also assist in holding the paper in position.
2. Open the document you want to print. If you are printing a two-sided document, open the document for the front side first.
3. In the 'File' menu, select the 'Print' option.
4. In the print menu, select the paper type that you are using. Most postcard paper will come with a template number that will be available to select in the print menu. This number is in large print on the postcard stock packaging. If your particular number is not available in the printer options, create and save a template.
5. In the print menu, click 'OK.'
6. Re-feed the postcard paper into the printer in the opposite direction. Flip the post card paper over so that you are able to print your second side on the blank side of cardstock. Flip the paper as if you are turning the page of a book.
7. Open the document that contains the back side of the postcard.
8. Under 'File,' press 'Print'. Follow the printer set-up steps as detailed for the printing the first side of the document.
