Configuring Scan to Folder
1. On your computer, launch your Web browser and enter the Aficio 3030's IP address in the URL address bar.
2. Log in to Web Image Monitor using the Administrator Mode credentials, if prompted.
3. Click 'Address Book,' followed by 'Add.'
4. Enter the name, key display, username and password in the appropriate text fields. The username and password should be the username and password for your computer.
5. Select 'SMB' from the protocol drop-down menu in the Folder pane.
6. Enter the file path for the shared folder, using the host computer's name or IP address as a root. For example, '\host_computer\scans.'
7. Save all changes and log out of Web Image Monitor. Try a few test scans to make sure that everything is configured properly -- if you can access the scans in the shared network folder, then everything is correctly configured.
