1. Click the 'Start' button. Right-click 'Computer' and click 'Manage.' Click 'Continue' when prompted to grant permission to access the Computer Management Console.
2. Click 'Services and Applications' in the left-hand pane of the Computer Management Console. Double-click 'Services' in the center pane. A list of all services on your computer appears.
3. Click the 'Print Spooler' service to select it. Right-click it and select 'Restart' to reset the print spooler. A status bar indicates the progress of the restart and closes when the restart is complete.
