How to Connect a Samsung R451C Cell Phone to a Laptop

1. Press the 'Menu' button and then select 'Settings' followed by 'Phone Settings.'
2. Select 'PC Connection' and then change the setting to 'USB Mass Storage Device' to allow files to be transferred to and from the phone using a USB cable.
3. Plug the USB cable included with the SCH-R451C into the slot on the bottom of the phone and then plug the other end into the USB port on the laptop.
4. Open the 'Start' menu on the laptop and then click 'Computer' or 'My Computer,' depending on your version of Windows.
5. Double-click the SCH-R451C icon to view the files contained on the phone. Files can be dragged and dropped to and from the phone using this method.
