1. Click 'Start.'
2. Click 'Control Panel.'
3. Click 'Devices and Printers.'
4. Right-click on your HP M2727 printer's icon. Click 'Properties.'
5. Click the 'Paper/Quality' tab. Clear the checked box next to 'Econo Mode.' Click 'Apply.' This will disable your printer's ability to go into sleep mode during periods of no use.
