1. Place the SD memory card into an open SD card slot on the computer or into the card reader. Or if using a digital camera, plug the camera into the computer.
2. Go to 'My Computer,' and select the Removable Disk drive that corresponds with the card reader. Or if you're using a digital camera, select the drive that corresponds with the camera to open the files.
3. Locate the file you want to copy onto your SD card. Click on the file, and drag it into the memory card's folder. You can also use the keyboard shortcuts 'Control C' and 'Control V' to copy and paste the files, respectively.
4. Follow your computer's instructions for safely removing hardware.
